Former Indian CEO filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk! Millions of dollars demanded

Prag Agarwal of Indian origin and other former officials filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk, the owner of X, demanding to pay millions of dollars.

3 ex-Twitter (now X) CEO Prag Agarwal, including former executives, have announced a lawsuit against Elon Musk for non-payment of $123.8 million. The petitioners in the lawsuit say Elon Musk is avoiding paying their dues.

The lawsuit was filed by Prag Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal, Twitter's former head of legal and policy Vijay Gude and former general counsel Sean Edged.

The petitioners said that Elon Musk believes that the rules do not apply to him and that he can use his wealth and power to oppress everyone.

According to reports, Prag Agarwal, the former chief executive of X (formerly Twitter), has asked to pay $5.74 million, while former chief financial officer Ned Segal has asked to pay $4.45 million.

It should be noted that Elon Musk bought Twitter in October 2022 for a huge amount of 44 billion dollars. He later sacked former chief executive Prag Agarwal and other officials.

Musk accused them of misleading him and Twitter investors due to the number of fake accounts on the social media platform.
