Crying will not change anything, accept the challenge and move forward, Shahbaz Sharif

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says that the economic situation is a matter of life and death for Pakistan, crying will not change anything.

According to the details, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on the economic situation and FBR automation, in which comprehensive recommendations were sought for reforming the economic system and reducing government expenditure.

In the meeting, while directing the immediate start of the process of complete digitization and automation of FBR, he said that the world's best model should be adopted for digitization of FBR.

The Prime Minister directed to examine the possibilities of immediate access to the best services and said that meritorious people should be brought for the track and trace system, the Ministry of Interior will work with full force to end smuggling, the armed forces will provide full support and I will supervise myself.

Shahbaz Sharif said that the economic situation is a matter of life and death for Pakistan, we should learn from what happened in the past and move forward, crying will not change anything, we have to move forward accepting the challenge.

He further said that a way to get rid of the life of debt should be adopted, everyone is responsible for the situation facing the country while capable people are everywhere, if we start the right path today, we will soon reach the destination of success.

It was said in the meeting that they will give rewards to the officers who have professional qualifications, consideration is being given to giving revenue and giving rewards to extraordinary revenue collectors.

The Prime Minister while praising Shamshad Akhtar, Finance Secretary Imdadullah and the team said that we had laid the foundation to save from default, the team moved forward with hard work, I was very impressed by the merit policy of Shamshad Akhtar.
